Ortigia is a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL): cameras at the entrance record every vehicle, and driving in during restricted hours means a fine. We recommend leaving your car outside the island and walking in, it only takes a few minutes.

The most convenient options are the paid car parks just outside the island (Talete and Molo Sant’Antonio), a short walk from the apartment. There is also a small free car park on the seafront, about 100 m from Cala Rossa beach, and paid parking along the seafront (check the street signs).

Yes. The Municipality of Syracuse charges a tourist tax of €[1.50] per person per night, for a maximum of [4] consecutive nights. Children under 12 and guests over 80 are exempt.

Check-in is from 3 p.m. and is fully self-service. Before your arrival you’ll receive a link to complete your online check-in and upload the ID documents of all guests, as required by Italian law. On the day of arrival you’ll receive all the instructions to let yourself in.

Check-out is by 11 a.m. Just leave the keys on the table. Before leaving, please switch off the lights and air conditioning and close the windows. Thank you!
